Our founder is Xiao-Yin (Tang) and she has over 35 years of experience to provide expert advice, artistic flair, and innovative recommendation for anyone who seeks our advice and services. She is a sewing professional and a qualified Wardrobe Consultant, stylist, and fashion advisor. She also proudly serves on the Board of Directors for the Manassas Center for the Arts, of which she is President-elect.
